Zhuyu (Daniel) Cui, the founder of DC Law, is a distinguished licensed lawyer with a profound commitment to the legal profession. Daniel embarked on his legal journey at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he was awarded his Juris Doctor degree. This esteemed academic background has set the foundation for his dedication to law.

Following his graduation, Daniel refined his legal expertise while working at leading law firms in Ontario. This period was pivotal, deepening his understanding of legal intricacies and reinforcing his commitment to providing meticulous and dedicated service to his clients.

Daniel's practice at DC Law focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions. He adeptly navigates clients through complex transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, corporate finance, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.
